Do they care about your mind?

You need people in your life who want to help make you better. It's important to be with someone who cares about your mind just as much as they care about your heart. Those two things are very vital to have in a relationship. You definitely wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone who constantly nagged about everything you did or said. You can't be around someone who is just NEGATIVE 24/7. Things like that take a toll on you mentally. I need someone in my life who is encouraging and uplifting. I can't have someone in my corner who never sees the good in anything. Your mental health is important and having someone who cares about that will make you a happier person all around. If you suffer from severe anxiety like myself then you need someone who can change your way of thinking and help you see things in a different way. I've been in situations where mind games were always being played and almost had me thinking that I was crazy. People who don't care about you or your mental health will say things to you that you'll replay in your head for a lifetime. Thankfully, whenever I'm feeling like I'm thinking about all the negative things people have said to me. I just give it to God because he can change my thought process and he can help me remember who I am in Christ. He will give you that power of not being affect by what others think or say about you. He will also bring people in your life who uplift you and want to protect that mind of yours. I will say this when you're mental health is off and you allow people to infect your mind with poisonous you'll be trapped if you don't cut it short. You will be hindered because you believed everything they said about you. I'm telling you be with someone who says things that will ignite that positivity in your mind " You're important" " You are a KING/QUEEN" " You're smart" .. these things are fundamental and I wouldn't have it any other way. Be with someone who LOVES YOUR MIND AND DOESN'T WANT TO CORRUPT IT.
