Do they have to stay in my life ?

We are suppose to be forgiving people. Especially, as a child of Christ it is definitely a command. However, when it comes to forgiving people it doesn't mean that you have to keep them around in your circle. It is very possible to forgive someone and not want to rebuild anything after that. You can love someone from a distance and pray for them. I've been multiple situations where I've felt the need to rebuild relationships with people who I've decided to forgive because they've been in my life for a long time or I just felt entitled to just have them stick around. Well you know what sometimes people apologize and hold that same characteristics that caused you to be upset with them in the first place. Just allowing that kind of energy in your atmosphere isn't healthy and sometimes that causes you to hold grudges and brush things under the rug that doesn't need to be because you're scared of the outcome of the situation. However, the beauty of life is that you have the freedom of choice. If someone is causing confusion in your world. You pray to God to remove any anger or hate in your heart towards them. Ask God to help you forgive them and to still love them the same. Many people will leave from your life who have done you wrong but you still find it in your heart forgive because sometimes that will be the best closure for yourself. Sometimes people won't always apologize and you have to forgive them anyway because you don't want to block your blessings from holding that negative energy in your atmosphere. So I'm telling you it's okay to leave unhealthy situations and forgiving them but just not wanting to allow them in your circle anymore. You wish them well and if they ever need you just be there. Don't change who you are because they can't do right. Stay true and God will bless you.
