Negativity Doesn't Run You

We choose exactly how we will react to something. We choose exactly how something will effect us. We have that much power to control our emotions and we don't even realize it. When negative things occur and decided to ruin your day. You have so much power to say"I'm not going to allow this to bother me or let this ruin my day". You have to become so secure with yourself that you don't have to worry about the actions of other people. Let people talk negative all day you don't have to receive that type of energy. We can't consume ourselves in what people say or do. You have to worry about you and your space. You have the power to remove people who are constantly negative from your atmosphere. I am so invested in myself that I won't acknowledge the negativity. I will just simply pray for you and pray that God changes your heart and mind. One thing about life is the freedom of choice - we have the freedom to respond to something positively or negatively. The choice is yours but remember that when you make this choice there's always a outcome that you have to be ready for. Even when you do respond to something in a positive way and someone still comes at you negatively " Just smile and say I refuse to entertain your negativity and have a blessed day". The choice is ours and we have to remember that we hold the power to our emotions. One of my favorite sayings " Never argue with a fool because onlookers may not be able to tell the difference". So always keep that planted in your head. Usually, the people who are always blurting out negative things are usually unhappy with themselves so pray that they can learn how to love themselves enough to be positive
