If you sit back and think about life, you will see how blessed we are. God is amazing, and he shows us so grace all the time. We continue to beat ourselves up over yesterday's issues but you never just stop and think " I woke up this morning." Every day we get a chance to wake up and be better than we were the day before. We don't have to dwell on yesterday's issues. We can start over and get things right this time. I think we take for granted the fact that we were able to wake up this morning. Someone didn't get the same opportunity to wake up and get it right like we did. I use to bring yesterday's drama into the new day and would wake up mad and just bring bad vibes around everyone. I know we have all done that and let a bad situation just ruin our whole day. Sometimes it could even be a sin that we committed, and we beat ourselves up over it and can't let it go even after you confessed and asked God forgiveness. In the bible, it does say that new mercies afresh each morning, which means each morning you wake up you have a chance to make it right and fix what you did wrong and do it better. Even if there is something that carries over into the next day like an unresolved issue that means you take a different approach make sure you speak the truth in love and let the Lord guide you with your words. I know sometimes it's easier said than done not to become a dweller. What consumes your mind controls your life. Think positive and thank the Lord every day for waking you because he didn't have too and he is giving you grace and allowing you to wake up EVERY morning. Today is a new day so let's not focus on yesterday's issues.

Lamentations 3:23

Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.
