The Secret

I am constantly tested each day. The ways of the world can get you so quickly consumed, and you'll even come across some people who will even keep you distracted from building that relationship you want from GOD. It's important that you are aware of you hang with and spend the majority of your time with because it's easy to become accustomed to their habits. I am not a perfect Christian, and my walk at my age isn't easy because we can get easily influence my people and things in this world. My secret to happiness is GOD, and I seriously don't know what I would do without him. I have to remind myself of how much Grace he shows me each day I wake up. I have a clean slate to do better. I can tend to be hard on myself, but if I confess my sins and ask for forgiveness God, he forgives me. God loves me the same as he did yesterday. I have my days where I don't feel like being happy, but then I am reminded that someone didn't have the same choice as me to wake up and get it right. I have a roof over my head and clothes on my back. I even have a family who loves me dearly. I am blessed, and God is the reason for everything I have in my life. I have my daily struggles but I know God has my back and he's working on me every day. I am praying that he helps me with things I battle with on the daily. I know people ask my all the time "Sierra why are you so happy all the time"? "Sierra why are you so positive all the time?" well it's because God has brought me out of the darkness and I have a reason to get up every morning with a thankful heart. So GOD is the secret to my happiness and I'm willing to tell anyone this secret because it's worth sharing.
