Trust Your Journey

It is so easy to get caught up in everyone else's life. We live in a generation where cellphones and social media rule our world. We believe everything we see online and just run with it. We see our friends getting married and living the life we think we want. The thing is people don't put their business out all the time. The same couple that we are so obsessed with and wish we could be like could be miserable, and we don't even know half of their struggles. We just want what they have because we saw how happy they look on social media. We have to learn that we need to bloom right where we are. We can't rush our story and our journey. We have to stay patient and trust God's plan for our lives. We could be looking at their lives and not even realize that they struggle with the same thoughts. It's important that we focus on the path that we are on in life. We can't do everything that everyone else does, and it's okay. Our story is our story, and no one can take that away from us. Take some time and stop comparing everything you do to what you see your friends doing on Facebook and Instagram. Life isn't some competition on who is going to get married first or have a baby. Trust your journey because your trip makes you who you are.
